Our client success sessions are built to visit with our members every 3-4 months to check in on what's going well, what you're still trying to accomplish, and what we need to do to help you get there - this is all about YOU! Even if things are going well, we want to hear about it (and brag on you)! Use the scheduler below to book a time with one of our staff to catch up. Dr. Travis Fleming has been serving our clients since 2016 and knows the importance of exercise when it comes to staying healthy. Dr. Travis has office hours at his clinic in Swansea, IL on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and sees patients at CFME on Thursday evenings from 4pm-7pm.     CrossFit MetroEast uses an online and app based workout tracking program called Train Heroic to not only help our clients better track their results, but also give our clients full access to our training no matter where they are in the world! Clients can download the app on their mobile device from their respective app store and create a login to join our team.     Managing Your Member Account

    CrossFit MetroEast uses Pike13 to manage our member accounts. This is how we enroll our clients in classes and appointments, process payments, and set up memberships. But clients can also log in to their account to do things like sign up for classes or courses, purchase specialty items, and change payment info. All new clients receive a welcome email from us during their initial sign up with instructions on how to set up/confirm their online member account. If you have done this, you are ready to sign into your account online and manage the different features available.
