• Programming Snapshot 4/15-4/20

    We have a fun week of programming and some beautiful weather coming with it! Don't forget, as the temperature outside rises so does the humidity and typically your sweat rate. Be sure to be hydrating effectively in and out of the gym. We recommended starting with at least 80 ounces per day!
