The Benefits Of Using Dumbbells and Kettlebells In Training

Dumbbells and kettlebells have been a staple in the gym for quite sometime. Actually, the first sign of the term kettlebell dates back to the 1700s, but it’s even been found that a precursor to today’s kettlebell might date back to the ancient Greeks with a swingable weighted object called a haltere. Even though these pieces of equipment have been around since the early days of exercise, it seems they can get left out of a lot of training programs.
