About 4 years ago I was led to record a podcast around some of my philosophies in life. It was called The F5 Life. The five F’s stood for the five foundations I believe need to be built for a successful life. They are:
- Faith
- Family
- Fitness
- Finances
- Friendships
I recorded about 20 episodes of varying topics and today we’re going to take it back to one of those episodes. This episode talks about my caution to avoid basing your health and fitness decisions on the exceptions that are out there. Follow the rules because the rules have been tested and proven over and over.
