Safety request: J-HOOKS
Please make sure to remove J-hooks from the rig when not being used for training. These will be stored in the window sill on the rig wall. Also, we ask that you do not use J-hooks as a step up for getting to a pull-up bar. Use a box or stack plates. Thank You!
