Announcements:

We will be closed on Monday, September 3rd for the Labor Day holiday. We will resume a normal class schedule on Tuesday, September 4th.

Be sure to pick up your summer tee or tank this week from the check-in desk. Please ask a coach for assistance.

Safety request: J-HOOKS

Please make sure to remove J-hooks from the rig when not being used for training. These will be stored in the window sill on the rig wall. Also, we ask that you do not use J-hooks as a step up for getting to a pull-up bar. Use a box or stack plates. Thank You!

Running, Clean and Jerks, Burpee Pull Ups

Wednesday:

Wall Balls, Loaded Runs, and Double Unders

Thursday:

Ascending EMOM Work
